Free Shipping Over $45: Free UPS ground shipping on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $45. Orders usually ship next day. Shipping domestically to all of the USA and territories.

We ship to all 50 USA states and territories. Our Main shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Orders in most cases arrive 2 to 4 business days after they are marked as shipped. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $45. Shipping prices and speeds are shown at checkout and are subject to change.
Refund Policy:

All items have a 30 day return policy. The return policy starts when your order is delivered. Any bags of food or treats can not be returned once open. Buyer does pay for all return shipping/postage prices prices. All returned orders must have shipment tracking to be accepted. Please contact us to process a return/replacement or refund.
