What are the shipping methods?

We ship using USPS priority mail, first class mail for lighter items, and UPS for large items. Free shipping starts at $45.

Yes we do bird grooming. We trim nails, clip wings, and file down sharp beaks for all types of pet birds. Visit the bird grooming page to schedule an appointment.

What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a 30 day return policy on all unopened items. The return period starts once an order is delivered. Any food products that have been opened are none refundable. Any open non food items can be returned with in 15 days of the items being delivered. Just call or email us to process a return. Buyer pays any and all return postage fees.

We are an online e-commerce store. However we are based out of Santa Clarita California. Call or email of you are local and want to purchase a bird or set up a grooming appointment.
